As a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant (IfUS Institute), I support companies in reorganizations and restructurings - from the preparation of IBR and IDW-S6 reports to M&A, due diligence and post-merger integration to efficiency and profit improvements. As a member of the DDIM.fachgruppe | Food, I am actively involved in the further development and publicisation of interim management in the food industry and related sectors.
