As a crisis-experienced financial expert with an overall overview, I work in complex project situations, especially in growth, change, turnaround and insolvency situations. In the main I act as CFO, Commercial Manager, Head of Finance and Accounting, Head of Operations & strategic controlling.

As a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant (IfUS Institute), I support projects in the areas of restructuring, Restructuring, preparation of IBR and IDW S6 reports, M&A, due diligence, post merger integration as well as increasing efficiency and results. In addition, I bring expertise in the integration of ESG principles into these processes, as the sustainability of the business model is also a core requirement for restructuring concepts in accordance with IDW S6 in order to promote comprehensive and sustainable corporate development.

A focus of my hands-on work is on...Post-merger finance integration. The aim is to optimize financial processes and IT systems, digitalization strengthen the ability to build and integrate efficient controlling structures; and of course introducing the team to the new requirements.

The portfolio includes projects with special expertise in controlling & accounting, Integrated financial planning, forecast, budgeting, reporting, cost accounting, fast close, monthly / annual closings and ​ERP projects (Microsoft Dynamics Navision, SAP PowerUser CO / FI, PSIpenta, BI).

MineIndustry focus are the manufacturing industry (food / FMCG, trade), plant and mechanical engineering (composite, steel construction), as well as the project business (renewable energies).​
