As a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant (IfUS Institute), I support companies in reorganizations and restructurings - from the preparation of IBR and IDW-S6 reports to M&A, due diligence and post-merger integration to efficiency and profit improvements. The focus is on sustainability: For me, the integration of ESG principles is a key to creating long-term viable business models and comprehensively meeting the requirements of restructuring concepts.
